Privacy policy

Anki Buddy turns your study material into flashcards. This page explains what we keep and why, in plain words.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and profile photo from Google when you sign in.
• The PDFs and notes you submit, and the cards made from them, including your edits.
• How many decks you’ve generated, so we can apply the beta limit.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep your decks in your account.
• To generate cards: your material is processed by an AI service for that purpose only.
• We don’t sell your data, show ads, or use third-party tracking.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. Your light or dark mode choice is saved in your browser.

Deleting your data

You can delete decks and cards in the app at any time. To have your account and everything in it permanently erased, contact us and we’ll do it.
